Terms and Conditions
- To participate in our 100 Free credits promotion you must first register a new account and then choose this option
- The 100 free credits promotion does not require you to make a deposit to play and is available for ONLY 1 HOUR following registration of a new account.
- The free credits can be used within the Wintingo Lobby when playing in the free credits promotion.
- Wintingo has sole discretion to change at any time the games that are offered
If you choose to transfer winnings:
- The winnings transfer request must be made within 1 hour starting from the registration of your new account.
- To be eligible to transfer any winnings, you need to meet the following criteria's within the 1 hour period:
- Made a minimum deposit of 20 credits
- Fulfill a 10X play through requirements of the initial free credit amount (10 times 100 Credits = 1000 credits of wagering)
- Have winning available to transfer. Winnings are calculated as any amount over and above the initial 100 Free Credits received.
- You may contact customer support at any time to check your eligibility before you request to transfer. Alternatively, you can check this through the lobby from within your account. Note that eligibility status information available in the lobby may appear with a short time delay. For the most up to date information contact customer support.
- The maximum win or amount that can be transferred is 50 Credits.
- Due to eligibility checks, it can take up to 2 hours from your request for winnings to be transferred. If you still do not have the bonus in your account after this time, please contact customer support
- Once you have requested to claim winnings the Free Credits promotion is no longer available
After winnings are successfully transferred:
- The amount transferred will be placed into your bonus balance with a further play through requirement of 60X (60 times the amount transferred). Please note: Clearplay rules do NOT apply to the 100 free credits bonus.
- Your cash balance may only be withdrawn from your account once all play-through requirements have been met.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of Wintingo Management will be considered final
